About Local Coffee Spot (formerly Cherry Street Fairview)
We are thrilled to announce that, Cherry Street Coffee is in the process of partnering with and transitioning some of its locations into a ‘Local Coffee Spot (formerly Cherry Street Fairview)’ establishment!
While we are still in the early stages of opening our first shop, we hope to add a few more locations in the greater Seattle area, over the coming months. For now, the Cherry Street Coffee location in Seattle’s Cherry Street neighborhood (500 Fairview Ave N) is a part of the Local Coffee Spot (formerly Cherry Street Fairview) family! We are all excited for the chance to showcase our experience in the hospitality industry and share our specialty, “on the go” breakfast items. One of the first changes we intend to make is to extend the hours we operate so you have more time to stop by, enjoy a fresh cup of coffee and delicious food with our knowledgeable and friendly team.
As lifelong Washingtonians, we know firsthand, that Seattle is regarded as the epicenter of everything coffee; with this knowledge, we took our search all over the country, trying to find the best, most well-rounded, diverse coffee blends and flavors that would complement our vast menu, but that also follows the strict moral and ethical trade practices that embody our company culture. We are pleased to share with you all that Seattle’s own, Caffe Vita, has taken the top spot in our search and we are confident you will find the care and dedication they take in producing such flavorful coffee, as exceptional as we do.
Caffe Vita has been roasting coffee locally, in Seattle, since 1995. They are an independent company, that puts a tremendous amount of pride into not only their roasting craft, but as well as the overall enjoyment of coffee. We could not be any more excited to have partnered with them! We look forward to sharing some great times over a delicious cup of coffee. We hope to serve you soon!
